sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Irgendwie herrscht dieses Thema in meinem Leben, so weit ich mich erinnern kann.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Schon als Kind f\u00fchlte ich mich sehr traurig manchmal, als ich das schweizerische Kinderlied &#8222;Der Hans im Schneckenloch&#8220; das erste mal h\u00f6rte, zog es mich in seinen Bann, ohne zu wissen, das dies bereits eine Art von Depressivit\u00e4t darstellte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dieses Lied thematisiert eine Art Unzufriedenheit die in uns Menschen vorhanden ist. Das sich Kinder mit solchen Gedanken rumschlagen m\u00fcssen, sehr fraglich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Der Text handelt von einem Hans der im Schneckenloch ist und alles was er hat, das will er nicht und alles was er will, das hat er nicht. Mir ist schleierhaft, warum Kinder so einen K\u00e4se singen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zur\u00fcck zu den Depressionen. Dies war nur ein kurzer Ausflug zu den ersten Zeichen wo ich wahrgenommen habe, das mit mir wohl nicht so ganz alles normal war.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4chste Station war, als ich im Fernsehen ein Junge sah, der sich selber umbringen wollte, weil er mit seiner Situation nicht zufrieden war. Er w\u00fcrgte sich selber und versuchte sich die Luft abzuklemmen. Was nat\u00fcrlich nicht funktionierte.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kaum gesehen, beim n\u00e4chsten Mal, wo mir etwas nicht so ging, wie ich es wollte und ich mich ungl\u00fccklich f\u00fchlte, was habe ich da gemacht, genau diesen Bl\u00f6dsinn, was ich kurz zu vor gesehen habe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Je \u00c4lter ich kam, desto besser habe ich verstanden, was wohl los ist. Ich vermute das ich eine vererbliche Art von Depressionen mein eigen nennen darf.<\/p>\n<p>Viele in unser Familie v\u00e4terlicher Seite, waren leider keine Sonntagskinder. Alle die dieses Schicksal teilen, sind bekannt daf\u00fcr, das wir extrem viele Heilmittelchen und Tabletten runter pfeifen, in der Hoffnung das dieses depressive Leiden schnell weg ist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ich sehe noch, wie mich meine Mutter immer angeschaut hat, wenn ich was neues ausprobiert habe. Ein Gesunder kann das nicht verstehen.&nbsp; Zum Gl\u00fcck war ich schlau genug, die H\u00e4nde von den richtig starken Pr\u00e4paraten zu halten, da ich es hasse abh\u00e4ngig zu sein, kam das f\u00fcr mich kaum in Frage.<\/p>\n<p>Und doch habe ich \u00fcber 10 Jahre gedacht, die einzige Hoffnung seien Antidepressiva und damit das Problem gel\u00f6st.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In Wahrheit, bringen Antidepressiva einen in einen Schlauch. Man sp\u00fcrt nicht mehr diese uns\u00e4gliche, nicht rationale Angst, was ja schon mal gut ist. Leider fehlen einem aber auch die nat\u00fcrlichen H\u00f6hen, die das Leben lebenswert macht. Einfach geschrieben, man wird dann ein wenig zu einem anteilnahmelosen Menschen. Man lebt, aber man lebt nicht wirklich. Zu viel um zu sterben, zu wenig um Gl\u00fccklich zu leben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Irgendwie habe ich den Weg aus dieser allgemein geltenden Therapieform raus gefunden, ohne das ich \u00fcberhaupt mal eine Therapie gemacht h\u00e4tte. Die Antidepressiva wurden mir vom Hausarzt einfach verschrieben, wie ein Medikament gegen Ausschlag oder Entz\u00fcndung, das wars.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sp\u00e4ter habe ich mir sagen lassen, die Psychologen verschreiben dies Medikamente nicht gerne, weil der Patient dann die Therapie abbricht, er will dann nicht mehr reden, das Problem ist scheinbar auf den ersten Blick gel\u00f6st.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ich hatte je \u00e4lter ich kam um so klarere Zeichen, das ich wirklich in Sch\u00fcben depressiv wurde und 3-4 Mal war es lebensbedrohlich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nach der ersten starken Depression, wieder Boden gefasst, habe ich sogar ein B\u00fcchlein geschrieben, so \u00fcberzeugt war ich, das ich f\u00fcr ein grosses Problem, eine wichtige L\u00f6sung gefunden habe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lese ich das Buch heute, muss ich sagen das ich erstaunt bin, das ich dies geschrieben habe. Aber irgendwie ist mir die Schlussfolgerung, einfach Tabletten nehmen und gut ist, schon kurz nach Abschlusses des Buches nicht so ganz geheuer gewesen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcbrigens hier kann man das Buch kostenlos herunterladen. Viel n\u00fctzliches ist trotzdem drin und das Medikamente nicht die All zweck Waffe sind, ist mittlerweile auch bekannter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Heute kann ich von so was wie Resilienz reden, zum grossen Gl\u00fcck. Aber wie habe ich es dorthin geschafft? Brauche nach \u00fcber 10 Jahren keine Medikamente mehr und bin stabil. Klar bin ich noch immer kein Sonntags Kind, dem aus jeder \u00d6ffnung die Sonne scheint, aber es geht mir ganz gut und ich bin sehr zufrieden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selbstmordgedanken sind selten mehr vorhanden und wenn kann ich die mit einem guten Gebet wie wegwischen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Wie kommt man dorthin?&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zuerst mal habe ich wie viele in unser Familie, alles versucht und es scheint das ich irgendwie einen Treffer gelandet habe. Alles was ich versucht habe, von Gr\u00fcntee \u00fcber Omega 3 zu Johanniskraut zu htp5, Serotonin Pr\u00e4parate, Mittel die als Vorstufe von Serotonin gelten, bin ich doch irgendwo angekommen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Das erh\u00f6hen der Nahrung in proteinreicher Form, war ein guter Schritt, so wie das erg\u00e4nzen mit Rosenwurz.
