The closer I draw to Jesus, the more the Holy Spirit nourishes me and enables me to change, the clearer the world seems to become.
Today, circumstances I once thought impossible have become normal for me.
Equally, there are now situations where I can barely comprehend how they used to be normal.
What matters is the outcome. Or, as the saying goes, 'the proof of the pudding is in the eating'.
I'm gaining a better understanding of the forces at play in the world. The best and most important thing – my trust in Jesus – grows stronger every day.
The small and great miracles one can experience are a true joy.
'I am the way, the truth, and the life.' This fundamental statement from Jesus Christ was quickly understood.
Putting it into practice, however, isn't quite as straightforward as grasping its meaning.
Whoever accepts Jesus and atones for their sins in His name becomes an heir of heaven. Yet, we are here on Earth, which can be a very hostile environment, and navigating it justly is not easy for anyone.
So, one only truly understands Jesus when the second part of His statement also comes to fruition: that one also lives a good life.
The glory of life seems to be that practically everything has a purpose. The forces at work here have their role.
We develop our souls here, and we can only improve them by being refined by both good and bad experiences.
Looking around, it's easy to see that overcoming adversity makes us stronger, allowing us to grow more effectively than if we were always to remain in comfort.
If these forces are unbalanced, it leads to disequilibrium, which ultimately requires a return to balance.
How incredibly intelligent everything is made! Evil educates us towards good. The perpetrator ultimately becomes the teacher. Just as evil always blames good for everything.
The game of life. Not truly to be won, but to be endured, and the development, the process of it, is what we take with us as growth.
Otherwise, we are born naked, and we will leave this glorious world naked.
